DIALOG Public Organization has committed to supporting five young musicians from the ”Born in Artsakh”educational program by funding one year of their professional music studies. This partnership is formalized through an agreement signed between DIALOG and Arvest23.

The DIALOG scholarship recipients are displaced young musicians from Artsakh: Arsen Safaryan (18, trumpet), Edward Sargsyan (18, piano), Alexandra Hayrapetyan (18, violin), Roman Avanesyan (15, clarinet), Vladimir Galstyan (15, piano).

“Our collaboration with ”Born in Artsakh”holds special significance within DIALOG’s broader efforts to preserve the cultural traditions and heritage of Artsakh. This partnership supports the professional development of talented young musicians and creates real opportunities for them to earn their rightful place in the international cultural arena. Each time an accomplished musician from Artsakh takes the stage before audiences around the world, they carry with them the memory of their homeland, keeping Artsakh’s name and heritage alive on a global scale.

Of course, the success of these young musicians greatly depends on the professional capacity and international connections of the program’s initiators and implementing team. We have full trust in the dedication, talent, and hard work of both the program team and the scholarship recipients. It is also important that the selection of participants was carried out through a transparent competition process evaluated by a reputable jury,” said Yuri Navoyan, President of DIALOG.

This partnership is further proof that only through joint efforts can we create real, lasting impact. Thanks to DIALOG’s support, young musicians from Artsakh have the opportunity to continue their education and pursue their professional dreams. It reinforces the belief that education is a powerful tool that can restore hope and shape the future.

“This support is crucial for the development of our program and for the future of these talented young musicians. It reminds us that the Diaspora can and should play an active role in initiatives like this. Every helping hand, every contribution shapes the path that brings the youth of Artsakh back to their dreams,” said Anna Ter-Hovakimyan, President of Arvest23.

The ”Born in Artsakh”educational program offers displaced youth from Artsakh a unique opportunity to reclaim their dreams and redefine their future through the power of music and education. By supporting their entry onto the international stage, the program aims to make ”Born in Artsakh”one of the most recognized phrases in their biographies - a phrase that represents Artsakh’s cultural heritage resounding on the world’s most prestigious stages.
